Support to add default linked wallet url in rp and issuer adapter

Currently, the consumers of Adapters need to provide the linkedWallet URL for WACI flows - without this, the flow fails. It would be better to provide a default wallet URL during adapter start-up, so that the consumers can use the system by providing basic options. If they want to override, then they can pass it as part of the profile creation request.
