No XML loader for after enabling tripal blast analysis module

Hi,
I do not get blast XML loader in Tripal > Data Loaders. I used all the instructions provided for installing and enabling the module. Would anyone have any suggestions?

Are you logged on as the first account created when you're site was installed? If not, you need to go to Admin Toolbar > People > Permissions and check the boxes beside the importers you want to use. NOTE: I suggest ensuring you have an administrator role and providing the permission there. These permissions have security implications since they add data to your database and thus should only be given to people you trust. If you need to provide to more people then I suggest checking out Tripal HQ which lets you approve importer submissions before they are run.
