Allow the ability for default filters to be configured on a server level. This will help for those using many webhooks that only need specific things enabled (Like comments for example) to configure it and not have to set it for every webhook.

Maybe create some quick template filters. (E.g: Comments only, Card Updates only, Task List updates only, etc)
