Possibility of TPU runtime

How likely do you think that it is possible to support TPU? If it is not possible, what are the reasons (need for more research, lack of man-power)?
I want to investigate the problem in my spare time since it is an interesting problem.

It would be possible, but we don't have enough man-power to lead a project in that direction. If you are interested, you could create a MLIR Runtime: https://mlir.llvm.org/ using the TPU dialect.
