Feature Request: QR Code generation for TOTP keys

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the web interface to generate QR codes using the Google Authenticator Key URI format (as accepted by all Authenticator apps) for TOTP keys based on other attributes that fill in the URI format.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Obviously, for larger services (which we hope to be in time), we would use an Identity service to generate these for us rather than do MFA within Traccar.

Additional context
The URI format that feeds into the QR code generator should be generated as per the Google URI format, for example:
