This repo contains materials from my talk about rmarkdown for http://tcts.cogitoergo.ru/#gradschool (25.04.15).
Feel free to play around both .Rmd sources. Original HTML/PDF versions of both presentation and demo are also there.
Note that github preview won't display .Rmd/HTML correctly, either clone the repo or download .zip and open locally.
To build from source, you'll need the following dependencies:
