Support xgboost in TonY

xgboost already supports distributed training and kubeflow has xgboost-operator for running distributed training on k8s.
Does TonY plan to support this feature? Maybe I could help to do this feature.

xgboost runs on Spark and then on Hadoop. I don't feel it would be super necessary as this solution has been working fine, but feel free to contribute.
