[BUG] Reminder notification does not fire #22

Describe the bug
The notification for the reminder does not show up until I open the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a scheduled reminder for a minute from now, repeating daily.
The reminder notification will not appear.

Expected behavior
Notification should show up during the minute is was scheduled.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
Android version: 14 (latest)
Noterly version: 1.4.2 (latest)
