[Feature Request] pg_rational

I think supporting pg_rational would be very cool, since orderings can be done in a very robust/elegant way using these.

@github-recordbay-de pg_rational is not a built-in or popular pg extension, and it lacks clear and stable descriptions about it's operators and functions, too. So I'd like not to develop support for it.
