Step 1: start new match by clicking on New:
Step 2: Select LC file (example: small-LC.csv)
Step 3: Select Mass file (example: Small – mass mono.csv)
Step 4: Select Mass info from Conoserver (example: MGS Small Info.csv)
Step 5: Select destination folder for output file, the output file will be named ‘result.csv’
Result will look like this:
First column: time
Second column: intensity
Last column: Peptide names
