目前输入都开启这个功能的话，数据里一旦有这两种警报，
就会被多人喊话刷屏，所以一直不太敢做类似的数据，
希望可以有办法优化，避免刷屏的问题，
例如几秒内，相同的插件喊话内容最多展示3条？
或者仅队长的生效？
目前待优化~
