[FR] Scroll up/down

I'd love to be able to scroll up/down the editor view without using the mouse or moving the cursor away from whatever I'm editing at the moment.

It's probably my most missed shortcut from my code editors when I'm typing in Obsidian. I'm so used to it, I don't even notice I'm constantly adjusting my scroll position when writing code that I also try to do it all the time in Obsidian (same as pressing ctrl-s every few seconds even though Obsidian constantly saves the file automatically).

Very strange to me that this does not seem to be a thing. I would have expected it to be a standard feature, but there not even being a plugin for it made me realize how few people actually seem to use this.
