Win11下，python命令行模式，不知道为什么要求使用GBK（试过Linux是用UTF8正常的），结果也需要切换到GBK才能正常阅读

我也是Win11遇到了这个问题，可以通过打开设置->时间和语言->语言和区域->相关设置->管理语言设置->更改系统区域设置->Beta版:使用Unicode UTF-8提供全球语言支持，就可以解决这个问题了。
