Steps to reproduce

1. Start
2. Add an email account now
3. Entering my e-mail address
4. Next
5. ‘Configuration found’
   → Expand: Both the IMAP and SMTP configurations are recognised as specified by the provider.
6. Entering my password ( in the same way as I usually do on the service's web interface)
7. Next
8. The following error message appears:
   
9. ‘Retry’ produces the same result.

Expected behavior

My e-mails are loaded. This works without any problems in the provider's webmailer. Using the same login credentials.

Actual behavior

The above error message appears. No e-mails are loaded.
