Make it easier to mass-add publications across chapters

Suggestion from @CameronOBP (OBP production):

"It would be great if Thoth could automatically add any publication type that's added at the main work (book) record to each of the related works (chapters), so that work doesn't have to be repeated chapters*N times for each book we add. Even if it were a "Copy publication types to related works" toggle, for those case where someone may not want to do such a thing...

Or another option could be for an array of checkboxes to appear with each of the possible Publication Types available to be checked off en masse when Add Publication is clicked within Related Works"

("related works" of course being used here as shorthand for "related works of type Is Child")
