I know that a big point of this is to not have to share your images with scary evil corporations, and still get all the cool features. But the more people see this, the more I get asked where they can upload their pictures to search. It is almost as if most people don't care about sharing their pictures. Huh. 😛

Anyway, I understand that running this may not be up everyone's alley and you want a hassle-free hosted option. I'm still not sure if that's interesting enough to build. But if there is sufficient interest, we can definitely consider it. You can 👍🏾 this message to show interest!

I think the privacy can still be maintained if we have a fully OSS hosted option with users being able to also see access to their images. Trust through transparency can also work towards privacy right?
