When posting match data, the repost dialog shows on first schedule post.

When attempting to post the match schedule for the first time, the repost dialog opens saying there is already a schedule present, when this is in fact not true.

To fix, we should make an API request when the "Post Schedule" button is hit and check the remote count of matches for the current schedule, and then show the repost dialog accordingly.
