"Remote" socket instances should connect back to host for better live data updates #114

I'm sure there are more use cases, but the most specific one that comes to mind is updating remote Audience Displays. Since any user on any instance of EMS can access features like the audience display manager tool, not all socket instances can see all audience displays. If each remote socket instance opens a socket instance to communicate back to the host, information, like audience display control, can be communicated across multiple servers to ensure all socket servers stay up to date.

Possibly create an "internal" room for data that is specific to just communication between servers.
