• Need to begin listing out the range of potential partners we can work with locally in India on the Miro Board
• Priority before outreach is to have the BOM discussion locked down and completed for the various projects that we are targeting

Have had an outreach with Texas Instruments, and also the Chamber of Commerce
Indian American Associations
building a case out for GTM and then pitch to the Chamber of Commerce, specifically not government
Task is on us for a business case for specific products, BOM, manufacturing costs.

Injection mold engineers?

Understand from our side about how many devices we'll need for validation/testing, with some leftovers. We need a prototype plan for the PAPRa and Tetra, Fitra has been validated/verified.
