Secrets and Azure Key Vault integration

If you have an AD user with access an Azure Key Vault we should be able to put secrets stored in the script into Azure Key Vault and limit the expose of the keys.

There are various ways we could do this but making it a lot easier for the end user to managed API keys with a key vault is probably a good idea.
