Is your request related to a new offering from AWS?

Yes. Released in 5.79.0

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like to specify internet_gateway_exclusion_mode as allow-bidirectional or allow-egress on the VPC, and have that automatically create the aws_vpc_block_public_access_exclusion resource for me

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I am adding the aws_vpc_block_public_access_exclusion myself
