EDU-2654: Add HideLogs environment variable to Web UI Configuration documentation

Brief description

The hideLogs environment variable can now be set in temporal UI version >= 2.27.10. As stated in temporalio/ui#2119, I'd like to update the documentation accordingly.

• Add the hideLogs option to Web UI Configuration.
• Add the TEMPORAL_HIDE_LOGS enviornment variable to Web UI Environment Variables.

Additionally, include the following sentence to both pages:

Disables any server logs from being printed to the console.
