Description
When running the tectonic --help command on a Rocky Linux 8.7 system with an AMD64 architecture, the following errors are encountered:

tectonic: /lib64/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.35' not found (required by tectonic)
tectonic: /lib64/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.29' not found (required by tectonic)
tectonic: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found (required by tectonic)
tectonic: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by tectonic)
tectonic: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.29' not found (required by tectonic)
tectonic: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by tectonic)
tectonic: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.33' not found (required by tectonic)

Operating System: Rocky Linux release 8.7 (Green Obsidian)
Architecture: AMD64
glibc: glibc-2.28-236.el8_9.7.x86_64
