publish data to mapbox

The CSV data files are being transmitted to Mapbox. Mapbox then transforms the data into vectortiles. Those vectortiles are used for the mobile optimised version of the tsb-tress-frontend application.

trees.csv improvements

• trees.csv now also includes tree age
• enable optional parallel loading
