Scrolling issues with "text scale" accessibility setting on Android Chrome #212

When using Accessibility > Text Scale = 120% and opening an article, the gray on the side is cut off by default. Swiping the finger right-to-left on the code block does nothing. It seems to be default behavior for Android Chrome to not scroll nested elements, if the toplevel element CAN be scrolled. Swiping anywhere else scrolls the whole website, not the code block. Additionally it is possible to scroll out. This is NOT expected; The expectation would be for text-scaling to cause the text to be bigger, but not to make the layout of the page wider than the screen. For reference, this issue is quite minor compared to the font size bugs I've seen in the latest Reddit revamp, where font size is all over the place, if text scaling is used, with some text being resized, some not. After zooming out fully, the code block can be scrolled horizontally as expected by swiping right-to-left on the code block. But now the font is smaller than I'd prefer. For me, it is a manner of reading convenience; For others, it may make the text unreadable.
