查阅资料只知道ctrl+j是播放声音， ctrl+shift+z是播放视频， tab是重复播放视频， 想知道在播放完视频如何切回去

Ctrl + Shift + A 快速移动到单词，
Ctrl + Shift + I 向上移动光标
Ctrl + Shift + K 向下移动光标
光标还可以用方向键 ↑↓ 移动。

如果播放完视频，不想抄写字幕，可以把抄写字幕功能关掉，关掉之后光标就不会跳过去，这个界面的抄写字幕和字幕浏览器的抄写字幕是隔离的关掉之后不会影响到字幕浏览器的抄写字幕功能。
