What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Delphi 2010
2. Add supertimezone to uses
3. Compile

Compilation Fails with error
[Error] supertimezone.pas(95): E2003 Undeclared identifier: 
'PDynamicTimeZoneInformation'
