exception on the SO deep procedure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  collect data.
2.  add data to json.
3.  first call is ok. just like before.
4.  second call will exception and hung.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 64bit+xe3
