There should be some default outputs that don't require additional coding coding to use.

MediaStreamRecorder. Save to disk as MP4, webm, etc. Support for chunking to prevent running out of memory.
Common WebRTC endpoints and media servers (Janus, Kurento, maybe Youtube Live?).
