Interactive editor within Galaxy

A modified Ace editor implementation was created. However, this cannot be distributed directly to Galaxy in its current form. However, it would be useful to have a distributable version of an editor (such as available on Biodivine instance).

A possible solution would be to modify the existing Ace editor to enable an endpoint input with a specified communication protocol (thus potentially enabling various parsers). This solution, however, does not support custom themes and syntax highlighting.
