Allow optimizing existing video's poster images #707

When there is a video in the editor, I would love to be able to compress the video and/or the poster image.

For example when I want to convert the poster images to WebP.

Also: maybe only use large size for the poster image, not full? 🤔

Not sure what core does by default.
