Rename connections/source config to connections/local #19

The current name connections/source is misleading, as local connection is a destination, not a source. I believe connections/local will be more straight forward.

Ref: \Driver\System\LocalConnectionLoader

This will require changes in swiftotter/driver-magento2 too.
