What is the problem?

In the remotes episode, an advanced ssh episode is referenced. Does this episode exist? If so, we should link to it. (I can't find anything.)

The advanced SSH episode was under development two years ago and the branch created to develop is marked as stale (see #824, #928). I'll open a PR to remove the reference to it from this lesson.
