[BUG] Footer doesn't reflect to theme changes

Description:
The footer remains in dark mode regardless of the selected theme. When the theme is switched from dark mode to light mode, the footer does not update to reflect the new theme, causing a visual inconsistency across the page.

Expected Behavior:

• The footer should change its style based on the selected theme (dark or light).
• When the theme is in light mode, the footer should adopt a corresponding light theme style.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change the website theme from dark mode to light mode.
2. Observe that the footer does not update and remains in dark mode.
