NameError: uninitialized constant Devise::Models::TokenAuthenticatable

When I add set the config/devise.rb and create the authentication_token column in my user resource and add :token_athenticatable to the user.rb and then restart my server I get: NameError: uninitialized constant Devise::Models::TokenAuthenticatable

We've seen a couple of reports of this. This project is a couple years old, so its dependencies are out of date. If anyone wants to take a stab at patching or wants to take over maintenance, we'd be happy to merge.
