Provide docs using with strimzi-kafka-operator

Hey, I stumbled upon this project and tried to deploy it in combination with the strimzi-kafka-operator.
For this I was a bit curious about creating a KafkaTopic and KafkaUser with ACLs enabled in my cluster.

Can you please provide some docs explaining this.

Did you write on the wrong project? How is it related to the canary?

@ppatierno I think the question is basically how should one deploy the Canary with Strimzi => how should the user be configured, what ACLs should it have etc. I think the Canary is mostly dead subproject. But if it isn't, I think it would be useful to have some README section for it or some examples or something for that.
