request: info about ripemd160 MAC

I am seeing some traffic trying to log into my server using MACs hmac-ripemd160 or [email protected]. I was hoping you could add some info about these MACs.

FYI, this Kex Algorithm was removed in OpenSSH 7.6 (released 2017-10-03). Therefore I see no reason to expand upon it in the document.
