Latest rpm release seems bad #375

$ rpm -i elassandra-6.2.3.31.rpm 
error: elassandra-6.2.3.31.rpm: tag[46]: BAD, tag 1096 type 5 offset 34256 count 332 len 1328
error: elassandra-6.2.3.31.rpm cannot be installed

The rpm release based on Cassandra 3.11.3 is having the same issue. Looks damaged.
