Relocate the sidebar header to the bottom of the page, including the menu toggle and breadcrumbs.

Move them to the bottom of the page, make fixed for better mobile experience. Potentially move the items to be right-justified.

NOTE: This may be replaced by a quick add button, to be discussed further.
