Love that you have an actively maintained extension for this.
I want to give it a full try out - to replace the buggy siegebell.prettify-symbols-mode, which I use daily (and get annoyed at daily).
I've been meaning to convert my very large substitution list for that extension for ages, but it seems such a daunting task.

Do you know of a converter or a faster way I can achieve this?
