When a person subscribes the link in their email does not work.

Hi @chuckbartok

Do you have a regular page created for the "subscription management" page?

If not, can you try doing that. Here's how:

Go to WP Admin > Pages > Add New
Create a new page with the title "Comment Subscriptions" (and make sure the page slug is comment-subscriptions)
For the content of that page add [stcr_management_page]
Go to WP admin > StCR > Management Page, the first option in there is "Virtual Management Page", switch that to "No" and save the changes.

Let me know when you do that so I can check if the issue is resolved.
