No matter what program it is, it will take a few seconds to compile or execute.

cairo-compile --single-file lib.cairo --replace-ids lib.sierra
cairo-native-run lib.cairo --available-gas 999999999
cairo-run --single-file lib.cairo

I found that most of the compilation execution time is spent on reporter.check(db). Is this really necessary?
