Assembly
This instruction will guide you through the steps to be taken. Below some chapters you find some information about the options. It always starts with Options:
. There you find the components that also needs to be solderd to the PCB for your options. And if you are not sure about the name of a part, just look into the BOM.
- At first solder the level shifter (LV1)
- Make sure you solder it the right way (you can orientate on the notch of the level shifter)

Now solder resistor R3

And now the diodes D1 and D2

Make sure you put it the right way (you can orientate on template on the pcb)

Solder the capacitor C1
- C4 and C5
- R7
- R5, R6
- R5, R6
- R2

First solder the PTC fuse (F2)

Now solder the fuse holder (F1)
Wemos D1 mini:
- And now the two headers H1 and H2
ESP32 mini:
- And now the two headers H1, H2, H3 and H4
- Optionally: Solder the power led
- -> Bare minimum: Short 5V position
- 3 pin male
- 4 pin female
- 4 pin female
- 2 pin male
- Header analog
- Solder the transistor Q1 (put it like the template on the pcb)
- And now the capacitors C6 and C2 (pay attention at + and -)
- PS1 (jumper select)
- DS18B20 (or DS18B20+)
- I2C sensor
- OLED display
- SW1
- IR

Solder relay to PCB (K1)

Finally solder the screw terminal blocks X1 and X2
Add good amount of solder to traces shown in red. For more Amps to flow through.
Now put a fuse into the fuse holder. Before you put the jumper on the power selector, do the next step of the wiki first.
