This instruction will guide you through the steps to be taken. Below some chapters you find some information about the variants. It always starts with Variant:. There you find the components that also needs to be solderd to the PCB for your variant. And if you are not sure about the name of a part, just look into the BOM.

1. level shifter and passive low profile elements

  • At first solder the level shifter (LV1)
  • Make sure you solder it the right way (you can orientate on the notch of the level shifter)

  • Now solder resistor R3

  • And now the diodes D1 and D2

  • Make sure you put it the right way (you can orientate on template on the pcb)

  • Solder the capacitor C1

Variant:

  1. R7
  2. R5, R6 and R7
  3. R1, R2, C4 and C5

2. PTC fuse, headers and power led

  • First solder the PTC fuse (F2)

  • Now solder the fuse holder (F1)

Variant:

  1. PS1

4. relay, terminal blocks

  • Solder relay to PCB (K1)

  • Finally solder the screw terminal blocks X1 and X2
