This instruction will guide you through a assembly process.
All references and part types can be found in BOM (Bill Off Materials)
- Jumpers have to be soldered first according to chosen configuration.
| Jumper name | Description | | ----------- | ----------- | | IO1-IO3 | Let you choose D2 output, GPIO1 or GPIO3 | | IO15 | Let you choose if your output 15 is shifted or not | | IO15-1 | Must be solderedif output 15 is shifted | | IO14 | Let you choose if your output 14 is shifted or not | | IO14-1 | Must be solderedif output 14 is shifted | | J-R2 | If sodered bypass resistor R2 | | J-R1 | If resistor R1 must be used |
- First solder components with low profile.
- Level shifter (LV1)
- Check correct orientation (notch of the level shifter must be alined with silk screen on board)
- Solder resistors R3
- Diodes D1 and D2;
- Check orientation with markings on PCB.
- Solder capacitor C1;
- Two headers H1 and H2
- Now solder the fuse holder (F1)
- Next PTC fuse (F2)
- Solder the transistor Q1 (put it like the template on the pcb)
- And now the capacitors C6 and C2 (pay attention at + and -)
- PS1 (jumper select)
- U1
- I2C sensor
- OLED display
- SW1
- IR
-
Solder relay to PCB (K1)
-
Finally solder the screw terminal blocks X1 and X2
Add good amount of solder to traces shown in red. For more Amps to flow through.
Now put a fuse into the fuse holder. If you have a add-on board, you can now put it in. Before you put the jumper on the power selector, do the next step of the wiki first.
