@blaggacao: this issue is slowly moving forward! I just added block storage imports, so only two resources are left now. These two, IPs and instances, are a little bit tricky but they are in progress.

@blaggacao resource importing is now complete for all existing resources. I'll close out the related issues but keep this around to track any future resources that are added to the provider.
