Our contrinute page should at least include instructions of building and testing the project, aka build.md.

Update: My bad. build.md is under "Canonical Development Environment". Shall we change it to a more obvious name like "How to Build and Test"?

After the merge of sql-machine-learning/sqlflow#322, we could file a PR in this repo to git submodule update, then we will see the updated document title.
