Security on the internet is broken, and I am trying to fix it.
In the 1990s I taught Apache httpd's mod_proxy how to be a reverse proxy, then taught mod_proxy how to be HTTP/1.1 compliant, and have been helping looking after httpd and APR ever since.
I co-founded the Redwax Project, a modular online certificate authority, and have been bulldozing through all the problems that stop services and tools from being configured securely. So far we've created patches to fix draft RFC compliance issues in certmonger, finish SNMPv3+DTLS support in net-snmp, collectd, and monitoring plugins, fixed issues inside OpenSC, added unix domain socket support to Tomcat Native, and documented and updated SPKAC support in OpenSSL.
I keep finding new problems, and I need help.
