This PR removes steps Upload cim-field-report from run-knowledge-tests and Download cim-field-report from publish stage.

Do you want to bump k8s-manifests-branch default version in this PR? I am asking because this PR https://github.com/splunk/ta-automation-k8s-manifests/pull/98 will create a new release.
But then we'd have to merge ta-automation-k8s-manifests first.

Yes @kdoroszko-splunk I am planning to bump k8s-manifests-branch default version once the PR https://github.com/splunk/ta-automation-k8s-manifests/pull/98 gets merged.
