a way to add a default colour for exceptions

Currently all the exceptions that I catch I output to Ray with ->red() so I can easily click the red dot and see all errors. But uncaught exceptions don't have a default colour. It would be nice to be able to make uncaught exceptions red by default (or configurable)

Starting from the latest release exceptions will be coloured red by default
